Three independent holiday residences share one architectural language at Holiday Homes on the Peninsula, a contemporary waterfront development in Elektrėnai, Lithuania. The peninsula lies between the Elektrėnai Lagoon and a smaller lake, offering distinct views in two opposite directions. Each residence is organised around a taller, double-aspect living space that forms the central core of the house and opens towards both bodies of water. The remaining rooms are oriented according to the preferred views, allowing the landscape to shape the individual layout of each home. Low horizontal volumes, expansive glazing, deep roof overhangs and timber louvred façades establish a unified architectural language throughout the development. Garages, boat shelters and private saunas are integrated into the overall composition, creating a complete waterfront retreat while preserving the independence of each residence.

A contemporary peninsula retreat where carefully positioned volumes frame water views and create a quiet balance between privacy, light and landscape.
